Director of Acquisitions and Underwriting

Kevin is the Director of Acquisitions and the head of the real estate underwriting team of MRA Capital Partners. Kevin brings 15 plus years of real estate investment and analysis experience to the firm where he is responsible for sourcing and analyzing new investments, property specific financial modeling on value-add business plans, and market and demographic research. In addition to his roles at MRACP, Kevin is the Vice President at Professional Tax Solutions, Inc (PTSI) where Kevin oversees the company’s internal valuation systems that annually reviews several hundred commercial properties throughout country valued at over $8 billion. His keen eye for real estate valuation has been crafted over the years by annually analyzing his clients’ properties to ensure they are valued fairly for taxation purposes. Over Kevin’s career, he has researched and appealed billions of dollars of commercial real estate throughout the United States resulting in millions of dollars saved in taxes and fees for his clients. Kevin received a BS in Finance and Real Estate in 2007 from Florida State University where he was an active member of professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi.
